How Do I Make a Return or Exchange
We hope that you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we have you covered.
  • You may return a product within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise credit.
  • Merchandise must be returned unworn, tested on carpeting, in the original packaging and must include the original inserts. Any merchandise showing signs of wear or modification is not returnable.
  • Email your order information to info@footsaver.com and we will send you a free return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your return is received in our warehouse, it may take up to 10 days to process it or for you to receive your account credit.


Can I Print My Own Return Form
  • Yes! if you need a new return form, you can print one here. Please be sure to complete the form before sending back to ensure you receive proper credit.


Can I View Your Current Catalog?
  • Absolutely! Click here to download a PDF version of the catalog. Or email customer service at info@footsaver.com to request a hard copy.


Can I Check the Status of My Order?
  • You should receive an automated email confirmation, which means your order is being processed. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact Customer Service at info@footsaver.com. If you would like to receive automatic tracking information from UPS please contact us.


What Are Shipping Times and Costs?
Footsaver will ship your order the next business day after it is received. In most cases, UPS Ground will take 2-5 business days (from ship date) to arrive.
Continental US - UPS Ground
  • One Pair - $10
  • Two to Five pair - $3 each additional pair
  • Six pair or more - $2 each additional pair


Continental US - UPS 2nd Day Air
  • One pair - $30
  • Two to Five pair - $7 each additional pair
  • Six Pair or more - $5 each additional pair
